This modern space was created by culinary director and executive chef Quinnton Austin, where he brings a special menu of Cajun and creole cuisine. You will find a lengthy menu complete with classic New Orleans dishes such as chargrilled oysters and more. The bar features modern twists on classic NOLA cocktails along with a variety of beers and wine available as well. Q&A Restaurant and Oyster Bar is found on the first floor of The Brick Hotel and can open up to the outdoors, making it a perfect location for your after party at any point of the year. The venue features beautiful natural wood tabletops and countertop with rustic overhead hanging lighting and hanging ferns for décor. The space has several booths and a spacious bar layout making it ideal for an after party of any size.
Cococabana Rooftop Bar
Perhaps our most popular space here at The Brick Hotel can be found at the very top. Of course, we are talking about our Cococabana Rooftop Bar, a spacious 2,100-square-foot rooftop bar. This Caribbean style cocktail bar offers a menu of tasty cocktails along with several small bites to choose from. You will find the cocktails to include classic favorites such as margaritas and a variety of Cococabana exclusive cocktails. There is always a cocktail of the month that is sure to win you over with incredible flavors. The menu also includes a variety of beer and wine too so that there is a little bit of everything for anyone to choose from. After 3:00 PM, Cococabana Rooftop Bar will offer small bite plates to share among your table. The options include plantain chips, charbroiled cauliflower, ceviche, sandwiches, burgers, and taco plates with options including steak, chicken, shrimp, or mojo pork.
